By placing an order with DIGITAL PALACE, you automatically accept all the terms listed below. We aim for transparency and quality in every service.

  • Delivery times are best estimates, not hard guarantees.
  • Service prices are subject to change based on market trends.
  • We prioritize security, but we aren't liable for external business damages.
2. Payment & Deposits

We support EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, and Crypto. Your trust is our priority.

  • All deposits are final and non-refundable to original sources.
  • Balances must be utilized for DIGITAL PALACE services only.
  • Fraudulent disputes will lead to permanent account suspension.
3. Refund & Cancellation
Important: Refunds are strictly processed to your Panel Balance only.
  • Double-check URLs! Orders cannot be modified once they hit "In Progress".
  • 72-hour delay? You can request a manual check via support ticket.
  • Private accounts = No refund. Always keep your profile Public.
4. Refill Policy

Choose your services wisely by checking the descriptions.

  • Refill: Covered by our guarantee if drops occur within the period.
  • No-Refill: Budget-friendly but "use at your own risk" (No recovery).
  • Refill button triggers only if current count > start count.
5. Account Safety

We use safe methods, but platform updates are beyond our control.

  • Don't overlap orders. One link, one service at a time.
  • Changing usernames mid-order breaks the tracking; no refunds provided.
